Terms of Service
Terms for TechNova educational access, student accounts, family verification, and annual plans.
1. Service
TechNova provides browser-based educational content, interactive exercises, projects, and learner progress tools. The service is educational support and does not represent an accredited school, official education authority, or guarantee of school credit unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Accounts and learners
A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized purchaser is responsible for creating or managing access for learners where required. Account information must be accurate and used only as permitted by these terms.
3. Purchases
Displayed prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. The current product configuration offers one annual two-term subscription for one learner. The displayed annual price is $400 USD; a limited-time $40 discount is applied at the first Stripe checkout, making the first-year total $360 USD. Later annual renewals are $400 USD unless canceled or otherwise disclosed. Final billing, renewal, refund, tax, and cancellation language must match the payment configuration used at launch.
4. Acceptable use
Users may use the service for personal or authorized educational purposes. Users may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse learner data, or redistribute substantial portions of the curriculum except where a license explicitly allows it.
5. Intellectual property
Course content, interface design, original lessons, graphics, code samples, and related materials remain the property of AiEconLab or its licensors, except where otherwise stated.
6. Educational disclaimer
Texas standards references are provided as an alignment framework. TechNova is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Education Agency and does not claim that a subscription automatically awards academic credit.
7. Parent or guardian verification
Student accounts may require a separate parent or guardian verification step. Verification is an account-safety control and does not replace any additional consent or school authorization that may be required by law or an institution.
